We are looking to expand our team of business intelligence and analytics experts who specialize in successfully implementing new BI solutions and helping our customers streamline current analytic and reporting processes. As a BI Analyst, you will help build analytical data models, advise on database and infrastructure decisions, and conduct training to share your expertise.

Business Intelligence Analyst Jobs in USA Hiring Entry-Level Candidates.

Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities:

• The primary point of contact for specific divisions for all business intelligence-related activities.

• Performing a full spectrum of business analysis functions and leading the business workstations.

• Creating and managing a portfolio of work and actively engaging with senior stakeholders to set priorities. Act as Project Manager for larger items of work.

• Wrangle data and create a proof of concepts to explore and transform data into business insights.

• Assist in the functional testing of Business Intelligence deliverables, identify and manage defect resolution with the development team.

• Train business users on business intelligence deliverables.

• Working with the data engineering teams to build the infrastructure and architecture for data generation across EMEA Partner Brands.

• Build an end-to-end reporting solution from several data sources.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide views dashboards and reports.

• Build dynamic and rich dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.

• Gather requirements from business partners to understand their goals and objectives.

Business Intelligence Analyst Requirement:

• Experience in relative positions of analytics.

• Experience using SQL to discover, aggregate, and extract data (large data sets preferable).

• Knowledge of Data Engineering tools, components of data architecture and data warehousing, and ETL tools.

• Experience with Data Visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).

• Experience in writing (complex) SQL queries is highly desirable.

• Able to clearly and simply communicate your insights to a diverse set of stakeholders.

• Able to work confidently with colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver analytical projects on time and on a budget in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, ability to use initiative, and work largely unsupervised.

• Experience in managing/administrating CRM's for a commercial team.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Significant experience with BI tools in an enterprise environment (i.e. Tableau, Looker).

• Knowledge of cloud database technologies, like Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, etc.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Be able to communicate complex ideas in a simple way to a wide range of audiences.

• Ability to learn new tools and assimilated knowledge quickly.
